Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS. Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 will be charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping We ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to control delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by USPS, please contact us at support@kaitallow.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with a photo of the damage or a screenshot of the tracking status. We will reship your order and file an insurance claim with USPS on your behalf.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We are not able to issue refunds for packages returned due to address errors or failed delivery attempts.

Carrier Delays Once your package is in the hands of USPS, delivery timelines are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or holidays. If you have concerns about a delayed package, please reach out and we will do our best to help.
